The Las Gaviotas Condos in Rocky Point is a beachfront condominium project right on the ocean. There is 24 hour security and a fenced parking area, swimming pool and lounge chairs, color coordinated tile throughout the kitchens and bath areas and barbeque grills to cook up your favorite fish or shrimp dish. We no longer rent any Las Gaviotas condos and have not rented any for over a year.

This is one of Rocky Point's best rental condo properties. The large patios make for a great place to enjoy the spectacular Rocky Point sunset views. Las Gaviotas is a very short walk from many restaurants, nightclubs, stores, shops, and bars.

The unusual common area is a perfect spot for groups of travelers and families renting two or more condos at one time.

The Las Gaviotas rental condos are on one of the most active areas of Sandy Beach next door to Plaza Las Glorias Hotel, in Rocky Point. The condos are on different levels going up the beach but all surround a pool in the middle. Each condo is very spacious, with a large patio and an excellent view of the ocean just a few steps away. Most of the condos sleep up to six (6) people very comfortably.

All these rental condos have complete kitchens fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, glasses, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, and many other things. All condos have satellite television. These condos are in one of the most popular areas of Rocky Point near the Plaza Las Glorias. Unfortunately, we no longer rent any Las Gaviotas condos and have not rented any for over a year.
